We offer a 24-hour refund window for your first subscription purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of the initial payment. This policy applies only to your first-time subscription and does not apply to subsequent renewals.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 24-hour window, please navigate to your My Subscription page and use the "Request Refund" button. Alternatively, you can email us at support@typespeedai.com with your account details and payment confirmation.
Manual Review and Processing
All refund requests are reviewed manually by our team to prevent abuse. Approval is not guaranteed and may be denied if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or extensive usage of premium features.
If your refund is approved, your premium access will be revoked immediately. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, though bank processing times may vary.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. We offer two cancellation options:
- Cancel at period end: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
- Cancel now: Your premium access will be terminated immediately. This does not automatically issue a refund unless requested separately within the 24-hour window.
